This painting was born in nature, under the open sky. I was sitting in front of a tree, and while looking at its trunk, I felt as if there were many hidden eyes inside it. Eyes that see silently, eyes that carry the secrets of the forest. I wanted to paint that feeling — that nature is alive, watching us, and maybe reminding us that we are a part of it. It’s an oil painting on canvas, created outdoors, where the wind, light, and silence of nature became part of the work. For me, this tree is not just wood and leaves; it’s a witness, a guardian, a mirror of our own inner eyes.
